BEATRICE STANGER
Beatrice Stanger was born in 1914 in Saskatchewan to Charles Thomas Stanger (1887-1974) and Marguerite (Madge) Machin (1892-1973). The Stanger family lived at 430 8th St, Saskatoon Saskatchewan in 1916 and at 613 7th Ave N from at least 1918 to 1921. Beatrice had two siblings: Jack (b 1917) and Lois M (b 1922). Charles was a district freight agent and in later years, a division freight agent for the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR). The family was listed in Saskatoon City Henderson Directories at 1042 Spadina Crescent E from 1928 to 1945. Beatrice's mother and father died in Victoria, British Columbia on 15 December 1973 and 23 August 1974, respectively.
The only candidate that we could find for the Beatrice Stanger signature was the child in this tree. If the name was hers, an adult must have signed the quilt for her.
This family tree can be found on Ancestry under the title 3rd Ave Stanger Tree.
