Arthur T Redmond was born in 1891 in Ontario. This information came from the 1916 census record where Arthur was listed in a long list of people living in Camp Hughes 65th in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Lists of residents at one location have proven to be fairly unreliable for vital record information in the past, so we cannot be sure of his birth information.
Arthur lived at various addresses in Saskatoon from 1915 to 1922. Other than the one census record, the only other information about him came from Saskatoon Henderson Directories. From 1915 to 1917 he worked as a travelling salesman for Great West Saddlery Co. In other years, no occupation was given. Although 116 3rd Ave S was the address listed for him from 1919 to 1922 in the Henderson City Directories, his name did not appear in a long list of people enumerated at that address in the 1921 census.
Attempts to trace his ancestry failed. If anyone has any information about an Arthur T Redmond who lived in Saskatoon around 1918, please contact us.
This family tree can be found on Ancestry under the title 3rd Ave Redmond Tree.
