LEONORA McFEE née WILLIAMS

Leonora [sic] Williams was born on 4 August 1849 in Ontario to Charles Williams and Sarah Sealey. Lenora had at least two siblings, Nancy (b 1849) and Mary (b 1854).

Lenora married Angus McPhee [sic] on 2 June 1871 in Egmondville, Huron County. Angus was born about 1844 in Stephen, Upper Canada to Murdock McPhee (1804-1879) and Jennet Black (1807-1853).

Lenora and Angus had one son,

Melvin Angus (b 1872).

Lenora is describes as a widow from the 1891 census onwards, so we presume that Angus died before 1891, though no death records have come to light.

Melvin was born on 5 April 1872. He was a cabinet worker when he married Letitia Mary Duncan (1876-1948) on 8 April 1903 in Clinton, Huron County.

Lenora lived with her son and his family in Seaforth, Huron County. Lenora died on 5 December 1932 in Seaforth.
