SAMUEL ROBERT NESBIT

Samuel Robert Nesbit was born on 14 October 1900 in Kincardine, Bruce County to Robert Nesbit (1871-1947) and Sarah Jane Colwell (1874-1919). Samuel had three siblings, Sarah (1899-1957), John George (1904-1978), and Mary Caroline (1905-1972).

Robert Nesbit was a farmer in Kincardine.

Samuel was still living on the family farm in 1921. Later he worked as a carpenter and married Elma Isabel Guest (1912-1936). Samuel and Alma had one son, Delbert Raymond (1934-1978). Samuel subsequently married Josephine Cecila Moore (1910-1988) on 19 November 1938.
