LUCY ANN BARRONS

Lucy Ann Reeves was born on 7 February 1886 in Madoc, Ontario, the daughter of William Reeves & Mary Tennyson. He had three sisters, Jane/Jennie (b 1884), Phoebe (b 1887) & Maud (b 1889) and four brothers, James (b 1892), John (b 1894), Roy (b 1898) & Willie (b 1900).

Lucy Ann married Francis Edward (Frank) Barrons on 17 November 1904 in Hastings, Ontario. Frank was the son of Charles Barrons & Elizabeth Briggs. He had three brothers. Thomas (b 1865), Charles Jr (b 1869) & George William (1875-1939) and two sisters, Maggie (b 1878) & Fanny (b 1879).

Lucy & Frank had two children, Mary C (b 1906) and Frederick Wylie born on 1 August 1907. Frederick died on 7 December 1955 in Saskatoon.

Frank was a carpenter by trade and they moved to Saskatoon during the boom years. In 1911, they lived at 528 4th Ave N and then to 1309 11th St (1915-1921). In 1935, they were at 718 Albert Ave, Saskatoon. Frank died on 15 July 1939 in Saskatoon and Lucy Ann on 9 November 1950 in Victoria, British Columbia.
