ANDERSON FAMILY

Robert Algeo Anderson was born on 9 November 1866 in Bowmanville, Ontario, the son of Christopher & Mary Anderson. He grew up in Victoria, Ontario and married Lillian Agnes Caverly (b November 1972) on 7 September 1893. They had two sons, Lloyd Algeo (1895-1959) & John (Jack) Francis Coverley (1906-1981) and a daughter Elizabeth Grace (1898-1980).

By 1911 the family was farming living at Ferguson St, Regina.

By 1916 they had moved to Saskatoon and lived at 532 5th Ave for many years. Robert was by this time a merchant at the Central Grocery.

Lilah died on 1 August 1922 and Robert died on 28 May 1942; they are buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Saskatoon.
