Isabella (Bella) Morrison Swail was born on 20 November 1859 in Quebec to Ebenezer Swail (1834-1899) & Sarah Morrison (b 1840). Bella had five sisters, Marinda (1861-1937), Mary Louise (1870-1937), Margaret J (b 1874), Ethel Lucy (b 1878) & Achsah Annie (b 1880) and three brothers Valentine (1863-1923), Henry (b 1867) & Clark Ebenezer (b 1883).

Bella married George Baldwin Cleveland on 15 March 1888 in Sawyerville, Quebec. George was born on 18 March 1846 in Barnston, Stanstead, Quebec to William Cleveland (1806-1889) & Sally (1809-1896). George had five sisters, Ruth (1831-1869), Elsie Victoria (1837-1846), Alma Lucinda (b 1844), Agnes (b 1849) & Alice Delphene (1853-1854) and three brothers, Norman (1832-1832), Chester (1835-1893) & Charles Warren (1842-1854). George had married Mindia Viola Hills on 21 February 1871 in Compton, Quebec. Their only child William Henry was born on 30 November 1871 in Johnville, Quebec. Mindia died on 12 May 1883 in Barnston, Stanstead, Quebec.

George was a farmer and lumber dealer. He & Bella had two children, Alice Sarah Louise born on 23 November 1892 in Quebec & George Grover Thornton (1898-1960). Alice married Rupert William Neil on 16 December 1914 in Saskatoon. Alice & Rupert had one son Kingsley (1919-1994). George died on 25 December 1912 and Bella on 19 September 1943, both in Saskatoon and both are buried in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Mary Louise was born on 1 May 1870 in Quebec. She married William Henry Cleveland on 18 April 1894 in Sawyerville, Quebec. Mary & William had three daughters, Mabeth L (b 1897), Gladys Bertha (1898-1919) & Dorothy (b 1903) and one son, Delbert William (1905-1982). William ran a lumber business in Saskatoon and was joined by his son Delbert, who took over the company when William died on 15 November 1948. The Delbert was still running the business in 1965 and it was still called W H Cleveland Lumber Co. Delbert died in Saskatoon on 31 July 1982.
