THIRD AVENUE METHODIST CHURCH QUILT

A CANADIAN RED CROSS QUILT

Another quilt?

Ernest Nash lived in Saskatoon from 1916 to 1918 at 722 5th Ave North. In 1916 he was a clerk at J F Cairns, department store, and was living with Adam Rollo. In 1917 he was a clerk at Butcher and Carson, retail grocers, and in 1918 he was a traveler for A MacDonald Co (subsequently Western Grocers - wholesale).

All of the above information came from Saskatoon Henderson Directory listings. Ernest could not be located in the 1916 census and so no identifying information such as age or birth place could be obtained. If anyone knows of an Ernest Nash who lived in Saskatoon during these years, please contact us.

This family tree can be found on Ancestry under the title 3rd Ave Nash 4 Tree.
